We offer a 30-day global return or exchange policy for items with quality issues. For such cases, we will cover the shipping costs, or we can send a replacement item directly. Please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-quality-related issues, as our jewelry is designed for personal wear and cannot be resold once worn.
Definition of Quality Issues
- Stone Detachment
- For our gemstone jewelry, such as tiger’s eye bracelets, the stones are set using adhesive in a secure bezel. If the stone is found detached upon arrival, it is considered a quality issue. However, if detachment occurs due to prolonged water exposure without proper drying and care, leading to adhesive failure, this is considered improper care, not a quality issue.
- Pearl Surface Scratches or Pitting
- Pearls are natural treasures, often with unique growth patterns that do not constitute quality issues. However, if there are severe surface scratches that affect the appearance, it is considered a quality issue. Similarly, noticeable pits on the pearl’s surface, making it unsuitable for jewelry by aesthetic standards, are considered quality defects.
- Stiff or Non-Functioning Extender Chain on Necklaces/Bracelets
- If an extender chain is too stiff or cannot be opened, making the piece unwearable, this qualifies as a quality issue. We offer repair or replacement of the extender, or we can provide a return or exchange.
Notes:
Note 1: The posts on our sterling silver earrings are intentionally softer to prevent injury. If the post bends or breaks due to pressure, such as sleeping with earrings on or adjusting the post incorrectly, this is considered improper care, not a quality issue. We recommend advising customers to handle with care.
Note 2: Additionally, if a customer purchases a bracelet that does not fit their wrist or breaks due to external force, this does not constitute a quality issue. Jewelry pieces, though small, require attentive care for lasting beauty.
